When working, the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, the coarse dust falls directly into the bottom of the ash hopper, and the fine dust enters the middle and lower boxes upward with the air flow turning. The dust accumulates on the outside surface of the filter bag. The filtered gas enters the upper box body to the collecting pipe-exhaust duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan.
Pulse bag filter is a new type of high efficiency pulse bag filter based on bag filter. In order to further improve the pulse bag filter, the improved pulse bag filter retains the advantages of high purification efficiency, large gas handling capacity, stable performance, easy operation, long service life of filter bag and small maintenance workload. Moreover, the structure and the pulse valve are reformed to solve the problems of open-air placement and low pressure of compressed air source.
Working principle of pulse bag filter
Pulse bag filter consists of ash hopper, upper box, middle box and lower box. The upper, middle and lower box are divided into chambers. When working, the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, the coarse dust falls directly into the bottom of the ash hopper, and the fine dust enters the middle and lower boxes upward with the air flow turning. The dust accumulates on the outside surface of the filter bag. The filtered gas enters the upper box body to the collecting pipe-exhaust duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The cleaning process is to cut off the outlet air duct of the chamber first, so that the bag in the chamber is in the state of no air flow through (the chamber stops the air to clear the dust). Then open the pulse valve and use compressed air to clean the dust by pulse injection. The closing time of the cut-off valve is enough to ensure the dust from the filter bag to settle to the ash hopper after injection. It avoids the phenomenon that dust gathers to the adjacent filter bag surface after it is separated from the filter bag surface, and makes the filter bag clean the ash thoroughly. The exhaust valve, the pulse valve and the ash-unloading valve are fully automated by the programmable controller. Control.
Characteristics of pulse bag filter
1. Pulse bag filter adopts the technology of chamber-stop air pulse jet cleaning, which overcomes the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust collector and chamber-back dust collector. It has strong dust removal ability, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, low air leakage rate, less energy consumption, less steel consumption, less floor area, stable and reliable operation and good economic benefit. It is suitable for the purification of dusty gas and material recovery in metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemical industry, electric power and light industry.
2. Because of the use of subcompartment stop-air pulse injection for ash cleaning, the purpose of complete ash cleaning can be achieved by one injection, so the period of ash cleaning is prolonged, the energy consumption of ash cleaning is reduced, and the consumption of compressed air can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue degree of the filter bag and the pulse valve is also reduced accordingly, thus doubling the service life of the filter bag and the valve disc.
3. Maintenance and replacement of bags can be carried out in compartments under the conditions of non-stop fan system and normal operation of the system. The bag mouth of the filter bag adopts an elastic expanding ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The filter bag keel adopts polygonal shape, which reduces the friction between the bag and keel, prolongs the life of the bag and is easy to unload.
4. After the skeleton is removed when changing the bag, the dirty bag is put into the lower ash hopper of the box body and taken out from the manhole, which improves the operation conditions of changing the bag.
5. The cabinet body is designed with air tightness, good sealing property and excellent sealing material for inspection door. Kerosene is used to detect leakage in the manufacturing process, and the air leakage rate is very low.
6. The inlet and outlet air ducts are compact, and the airflow resistance is small.
Series Design of Pulse Bag Duster
1. Pulse bag filter is divided into three different series according to different diameter of filter bag, different arrangement of each chamber filter bag and different filtration area. It is arranged in single and double arrangement according to the unit of chamber.
A. It can be divided into single row and double row. Pulse injection pressure can be low pressure (0.2-0.3 Mpa) or high pressure (0.4-0.5 Mpa), which is selected by users.
B. Only two rows are arranged. Pulse injection pressure is generally designed as low pressure (0.2-0.3Mpa).
C. There are only two rows with high injection pressure (0.4-0.5 Mpa). If users have special requirements, they can also design special types according to users'opinions.
2. Dust concentration at dust collector outlet is generally allowed below 30g/Nm3. If there are special requirements, it can be designed according to user's requirements.
