Brief introduction of working principle of filter cartridge dust collector
There are two types of filter cartridge dust collector: side-mounted type and vertical type.
1. The principle of side mounted cartridge deduster.
The side mounted filter cartridge filter cartridge is installed horizontally and inserted. The suction port is generally installed on the top of the equipment. The dusty gas enters the dust collecting equipment filter room by the inlet of the dust collecting device. Because of the slow wind speed, the heavier dust falls to the funnel, and the clean air is discharged from the windmill chimney through the outlet. Because the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the upper part of the equipment, the direction of dust falling is the same as that of the airflow, so the pressure loss of the dust collector is small. This type of dust removal equipment covers a small area and is widely used in powder feeding, packaging dust, welding dust, plastic dust and other working conditions.
2. The principle of vertical cartridge filter.
The vertical cartridge filter is installed on the vertical surface of the filter cartridge, and the suction port is usually installed in the middle or bottom of the equipment. The dusty gas is imported from the dust collecting equipment into the dust collecting equipment filter room. Because of the slow wind speed, the heavier dust falls to the funnel. The lighter dust adheres to the surface of the filter cartridge after filtering with the gas, and the clean air is discharged from the windmill chimney through the outlet. Vertical dust collector can adopt chuck type and screw fixed type, which is easy to install. This type of dust collector covers a small area and is widely used in powder feeding, packaging dust, welding dust, plastic dust and other working conditions.
